The Wi-Fi speeds near your Ring product might be too slow for an optimal experience. Ring will work on speeds down to .3Mbps but the experience may not be optimal. Ring Pro requires a minimum of 1 to 1.5Mbps, and Floodlight Cam requires a minimum of 2Mbps.
